 No, beginning in 2016-2017, those interested in earning an [MD/PhD in Health Policy](http://www.hms.harvard.edu/md_phd/) will only apply to HMS/MD-PhD via AMCAS, with all tailored GSAS application components included in the MD-PhD secondary application. Applicants no longer need to apply to both programs.
