Olivia received a B.S. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2018 and an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford in 2020 as a Marshall Scholar. Her research interests center on the relationship between competition and innovation, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical industry and prescription drug policy.
