Crystal Guo

Crystal Guo received her B.A. in English and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley in 2019 and completed her Health Policy and Management, Master of Public Health program at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health in 2023. Between undergraduate and graduate studies, she worked in Guidehouse’s Healthcare Strategy group consulting for clients across payer, provider, and state government. As a PhD student, Crystal studies teams, cross-boundary collaboration, and the design of systems that support employee health and well-being.
