Lauren Gullett
Lauren Gullett received her BS in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020. Following graduation, Lauren completed a postbaccalaureate research fellowship with the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences where she led and supported projects related to socioenvironmental determinants of mental and cardiometabolic health outcomes and racial/ethnic health disparities. In 2024, Lauren earned her MS in Epidemiology at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as a Donald Hopkins Predoctoral Scholar, completing a concentration in Women, Gender, and Health. She is interested in the structural and political drivers of reproductive health and health care equity, with particular interests in social policy, gynecological health care, racial disparities, and interventions to improve health and socioeconomic outcomes in these areas.
