Noah D'Arcangelo

PhD Candidate in Health Policy (G1, Management)

Noah graduated from Tufts University in 2021 with a BA in Community Health. While at Tufts, he researched shared decision-making between patients, caregivers, and clinicians in the Research on Ethics, Aging, and Community Health Lab directed by Professor Keren Ladin. Following graduation, he spent four years as an Economist at RTI International in the Health Practice Area where he supported the implementation and evaluation of large-scale payment models for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation. For example, he contributed to the evaluations of the Accountable Health Communities Model and Financial Alignment Initiative for Medicare-Medicaid Enrollees and the implementation of the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Noah’s current research interests focus on the impacts of healthcare consolidation and inter-organizational strategic alliances on costs and quality of care.
