Taegan Mullane
PhD Candidate in Health Policy (G1, Economics)
Taegan Mullane holds a bachelor's degree in quantitative economics and government from Smith College. Following graduation, she was a research assistant on the microeconomics team at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. She then worked as a predoctoral research fellow at Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research contributing to work exploring the impacts of differential provider and patient decision-making on maternal and infant health. Her own research interests focus on understanding the causes, mechanisms, and impacts of individuals’ trust in essential healthcare institutions. Outside of research, she enjoys playing the violin and watching college football.
