Yetong Xu
Yetong Xu received a BE in Software Engineering from the Communication University of China and a BA in Economics from Peking University. He earned an MS in Data Science for Public Policy from Georgetown University, where he worked on the Safe Babies Safe Moms project with the Health Care Financing Initiative and collaborated with Georgetown University's Initiative on Innovation, Development, and Evaluation (Gui2de) to evaluate programs supporting the social and economic integration of refugees in Kenya and Uganda, including several months of fieldwork in Kenya. Before joining the Harvard PhD program, Yetong was a Research Associate at Harvard Business School, where he worked with Professors Alex Chan and Alison Wood Brooks. His current research interests include factors influencing physician and hospital decision-making in both developed and developing countries, algorithmic decision support in healthcare, and the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence in healthcare systems.
