"Of the many strengths of the Health Policy PhD program, one of the most important in my experience was the strong commitment to mentoring and student success that characterizes the faculty affiliated with the Program. As a student, I received input on my research as well as mentorship in research and career development from various program faculty members who actively engaged with students, even if they weren't a student's primary advisor. Access to world-class faculty across multiple schools and disciplines was an amazing asset. Lessons I learned from program faculty continue to inform my research and my own mentoring of students and trainees."
